We closely inspect every aspect of the house including:

- The front cover of the electric panel permitting access and risks.
- Inside the attic and crawl space as access will allow, at no extra charge.
- Inspection of every outlet and light, every plumbing fixture.
- Climb on the roof for closeup inspection of the roof area, as safety permits.
- Includes a free termite and other wood-destroying insects report.
The home inspectors will inspect both the bad and the good. We educate the client on safety issues and other issues that may come up. We are very proud of the fact that we provide every client with a copy of their report through email, as well as, a hard copy placed in a custom hardback binder.
